I studied Spanish in college and had no idea what to do with it. I got my footing in customer service and account management, which led to a marketing role at National Geographic.
Then I moved across the country to sunny San Diego and began working for myself. When I had the chance to be part of the fundraising and membership communications team at San Diego Zoo Global, I jumped at it.
